The children in Year 1 have really been enjoying music this term. We started with hand bells and this week moved on to using boom whackers. The colour of the boom whacker means it produces a different sound. The children have used this to begin to read music, knowing which note their colour links to and then playing along in time to a song.  Here is 1HB playing part of 'Twinkle Twinkle little star'.
